Perfect for anyone new (or returning!) to yoga, this 45‑minute Hatha class breaks down the foundations of practice with clear guidance and plenty of options. We’ll ease in with breathwork, explore key beginner‑friendly poses, and finish with a short, accessible flow that gently weaves together everything we’ve learned.

Blocks will be available to aid your practice.
