Candlelit Yoga and Meditation

In this class, we will explore the practice of Hatha Yoga through physical postures (āsana), breathwork (prāṇāyāma), and meditation to create balance in our bodies and minds.
We will focus on the mindful movement through yoga postures, exploring how the rhythm of our breath can guide us into an embodied experience — bringing peace, relaxation, and preparing us for yoga nidra. In this final stage, we will lie down and be guided into deep rest, basking in the warm hues of candlelight.

Our classes are inclusive of all bodies and abilities and beginners are warmly welcome — blocks will be available to help you explore what feels best for your body. Please bring your own mat if you can; if you need one, just let me know beforehand..
