This morning practice begins with a soft landing: simple breathwork and mindful movements to awaken your body, settle your mind, and ease you into presence.
From there, we build warmth through a flowing sequence of sun salutations, inviting in energy, light, and a sense of spaciousness for the day to come.
Each class offers a unique focus — sometimes inspired by the seasons or elements, sometimes centred on a particular area of the body — always with an emphasis on moving with awareness, curiosity, and compassion to ourselves and others.
