Summer in Bloom - Yoga, Breathwork and Floristry Workshop

Step into the abundance of summer with a nourishing morning designed to help you reconnect with your body, your breath, and your own creative expression. Through vinyasa flow, breathwork, meditation, and the grounding presence of flowers, you’ll be invited to explore what it means to bloom in your own way.

The morning opens with an uplifting, fluid Vinyasa practice — a chance to move with ease, build warmth, and settle into the rhythm of your breath. This flow is crafted to help you feel spacious, embodied, and gently energised.

From here, we shift into breathwork, exploring the idea of blooming from within — expanding into the space you need, softening into presence, and honouring your own unfolding. You’ll then be guided into a calming, grounding meditation to integrate and settle.

We close our gathering with a creative floral session, inviting you to play with colour, texture, scent, and shape. Using seasonal flowers, you’ll craft your own wild summer bouquet to take home — a reflection of your unique creativity, intuition, and sense of self.

This retreat includes:

* 45 minutes of yoga

* 40 minutes of breathwrok

* 1hr-long floral workshop

* Herbal teas

* A mid-retreat light snack (vegetarian and vegan options available)
