Take a moment for yourself and find peace and liberating movements with this yoga practice. We’ll move in harmony with the rhythm of our breath, surrounded by music and candlelight, cultivating a feeling of empowerment for both our body and mind.
We will then rest in the energy we’ve cultivated, discovering how stillness and meditation can deepen the sense of relaxation that follows joyful movement.
