In this class, we will explore the practice of yoga through physical postures (āsana) and meditation to create balance in our bodies and minds.

Moving at a slow pace, we’ll create space to unwind, supporting a sense of peace and grounding at the end of the day. With mindful movement and breath awareness at the heart of the practice, this session is designed to ease tension built up throughout daily life.
