We have a pretty unique menu on the street food scene showcasing our juicy Wagyu beef patty alongside authentic 12-16 hour smoke house.

Provenance is important to us.

Our Wagyu produce is grass fed to produce beautiful marbling through the meat which makes for the perfect juicy beef patty!

Only free range, locally reared produce makes it into our smokers which requires time & dedication to produce that authentic wood smoke flavour.

Our menu is completely gluten free - no restrictions!😇
