Glossop Market Hall Completes Food Line-Up with North West Favourites

The wait is almost over. As Glossop Market Hall prepares to reopen its doors this November, the full line-up of independent food traders has now been revealed.

Operated by The Hospitality Collective, the newly revived food hall will bring together some of the region’s most exciting names, creating a vibrant hub where Glossop can eat, drink, and come together.

Joining the already announced Hello Oriental and Baci Di Gelato, the five additions, Wagyu Lookin’ At?, Bold Street Coffee, Pattersons, Pizza Dealers, and Kefi Social, promise to deliver a mouth-watering mix of flavours and experiences that celebrate the very best of Glossop and the North West.

A World of Flavour Awaits

Wagyu Lookin’ At?

Get ready, burger fans, Wagyu Lookin’ At? is bringing its legendary wagyu creations to Glossop. Expect perfectly smashed burgers, loaded fries, and indulgent sides that take comfort food to new heights. The team's dedication to local produce, unique menu and completely gluten-free offering led to Wagyu reaching the finals of the British Street Food Awards.

“We can’t wait to join the Market Hall family. Glossop has such great energy, and we’re thrilled to share what we do best—serving up the juiciest, most flavour-packed burgers you’ve ever tasted.” — Suzi Ainley of Waygu.

Kefi Social

From the Glossop-based team behind Hyssop and The Two Hares comes their latest concept, Kefi Social. Bringing the warmth and soul of Greek street food to Glossop Market Hall. Fresh gyros, souvlaki, vibrant salads, and mezze designed for sharing, it’s a celebration of joy, flavour, and togetherness.

“‘Kefi’ means joy, and that’s exactly what we’re bringing. Our food is about community, laughter, and sharing moments around the table, values that sit right at the heart of Glossop Market Hall.” — said Jessica Hine of Kefi Social.

Bold Street Coffee

A North West favourite is on its way. Bold Street Coffee, the much-loved Liverpool and Manchester institution, will be pouring its award-winning coffee and serving its famous brunch dishes, think signature “Buoys”, fluffy egg boxes, and irresistible doughnuts.

“We love finding places with heart and character, and Glossop Market Hall has both in spades. We can’t wait to be part of the town’s daily rhythm, serving great coffee, great food, and great vibes.” — the Bold Street Coffee team.

Pattersons

Pattersons has built a devoted following for one reason: incredible fried chicken. Brined, seasoned, and fried to perfection, this is comfort food done right, complete with good music and a fun, relaxed atmosphere. Expect double-dunked fried chicken, loaded fries, crispy tenders, wings, stacked burgers, and the menu’s newest star, the Loaded Chicken Parmo.

“We’re buzzing to bring Pattersons to Glossop! The Market Hall looks amazing, and we can already tell it’s going to be a special place. We’re all about big flavours, big smiles, and a great time.” — Declan Carr of Pattersons.

Pizza Dealers

Get ready for pizza without pretence. Pizza Dealers is redefining the perfect slice with a philosophy rooted in quality ingredients and genuine craftsmanship. Expect hand-stretched, slow-fermented dough layered with the best San Marzano tomatoes, fresh basil, and signature combinations ranging from fiery 'nduja with honey to creamy burrata. It’s authentic, full of character, and crafted with passion.

Lee Bannon-Smith from Pizza Dealers adds, “Joining Glossop Market Hall feels like the perfect next step for us. At Pizza Dealers, we’ve always believed that great food belongs in vibrant, community-driven spaces. The atmosphere here reflects everything we love, independent makers, shared tables, and a sense of belonging. Glossop Market Hall isn’t just a venue, it’s a home for small businesses that care about quality and authenticity. We’re proud to be part of it.”

A Vision Realised

With this announcement, Glossop Market Hall’s full food line-up is complete, a dynamic mix that will sit alongside a curated selection of independent retail and lifestyle traders, soon to be revealed.

Richard Walker, Managing Director of The Hospitality Collective, said:

“We wanted to create a place that offered something for everyone, from a morning coffee to dinner with friends. Each of these brands brings quality, creativity, and character, and together they make the Market Hall a destination the whole town can be proud of.”

Councillor Damien Greenhalgh, Deputy Leader and Executive Councillor for Regeneration, Tourism and Leisure, added:

“Glossop Market Hall is the heartbeat of the town, and seeing it come to life again is truly exciting. This project has always been about community, about creating a space that’s alive, inclusive, and full of local spirit. The line-up of food traders is outstanding, and it really shows how special this regeneration is going to be.”

About the Regeneration Project

The reopening of Glossop Market Hall is part of a major rejuvenation led and funded by High Peak Borough Council, carefully restoring one of the town’s most iconic landmarks. The project blends Glossop’s historic character with a fresh, modern design, creating a marketplace that honours its past while embracing its future.
